This is an open access book.Related to the big theme of the SDGs reinforcement at our previous conference, we try to invite all academics and researchers around the world to participate in the 4th Borobudur International Symposium 2022 (4thBIS 2022). As we know, the COVID-19 pandemic and its impact on all the 17 SDGs have demonstrated how what began as a health catastrophe swiftly transformed into a human, socioeconomic and environmental crisis. The 4th BIS brought up “The Innovation Chain: A Contribution to Society and Industry” as the main theme to respond this condition. This conference is expected to support the UN Agenda. Additionally, this conference will also provide avenues for participants to exchange ideas and network with each other as well as domain experts from their fields. Overall, this event is aimed at professionals across all spheres of technology and engineering including the experienced, inexperienced, and students as well. The conference will be held virtually on Wednesday, December 21st, 2022 in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia.

In September 2019, the UN Secretary-General urged all sectors of society to mobilize for a decade of action on three fronts: global action to ensure increased leadership, increased resources, and smarter solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals; local action to embed the necessary transitions into governments’ policies, budgets, institutions, and regulatory frameworks; and international action to ensure greater leadership, increased resources, and smarter solutions for the Sustainable Development Goals. Especially in 3rd BIS 2021, we brought up “Decade of Action towards Environmental Issues: Advancing the Innovation to Recover our Planet” as main theme. The conference will be held on Wednesday, December 15, 2021 in Magelang, Central Java, Indonesia. Scope includes Art & Linguistics, Communication, Economics, Education, Government Studies, Health Administration, Hospitality, International Relations, Law, Pharmacy, Political Studies, Psychology, Public Health, Religious Studies, Sociology, Health Sciences.

The book covers all the core aspects of child and adolescent mental health, starting with the background to emotional and behavioural problems and looking at models and tools for assessment and treatment before examining specific problems encountered in children, young people, and their families from different cultural backgrounds.Key featuresclear

The theme of the conference is "Reconstructing Morals, Education, and Social Sciences for Achieving Sustainable Development Goals". This theme was formulated due to several considerations. First, the symptoms of moral decline that have the potential to destroy the nation. Morals guide humanity towards truth and civilization. The phenomenon of the dehumanization process in the industrial era that pushed people to be part of abstract societies tends to ignore humanity. The education process as a humanitarian system is increasingly marginalized, especially during discussions about the industrial revolution 4.0 and Society 5.0. The conference placed six sub-themes for speakers and participants to share ideas, namely: Social Sciences and Laws, History and Cultural Studies, Interdisciplinary Studies, Morals and Humanities, Policy, Politics, and Communication, Education. The committee has received 195 abstracts from prospective speakers. However, there are only 80 abstracts that are eligible to be presented at this conference.

Constructing test items for standardized tests of achievement, ability, and aptitude is a task of enormous importance. The interpretability of a test's scores flows directly from the quality of its items and exercises. Concomitant with score interpretability is the notion that including only carefully crafted items on a test is the primary method by which the skilled test developer reduces unwanted error variance, or errors of measurement, and thereby increases a test score's reliability. The aim of this entire book is to increase the test constructor's awareness of this source of measurement error, and then to describe methods for identifying and minimizing it during item construction and later review. Persons involved in assessment are keenly aware of the increased attention given to alternative formats for test items in recent years. Yet, in many writers' zeal to be `curriculum-relevant' or `authentic' or `realistic', the items are often developed seemingly without conscious thought to the interpretations that may be garnered from them. This book argues that the format for such alternative items and exercises also requires rigor in their construction and even offers some solutions, as one chapter is devoted to these alternative formats. This book addresses major issues in constructing test items by focusing on four ideas. First, it describes the characteristics and functions of test items. A second feature of this book is the presentation of editorial guidelines for writing test items in all of the commonly used item formats, including constructed-response formats and performance tests. A third aspect of this book is the presentation of methods for determining the quality of test items. Finally, this book presents a compendium of important issues about test items, including procedures for ordering items in a test, ethical and legal concerns over using copyrighted test items, item scoring schemes, computer-generated items and more.

In a presentation that assumes no previous knowledge of assessment or measurement, the text provides crystal clear step-by-step instruction on such topics as constructing test questions, aligning assessment with learning goals, and interpreting standardized tests.

Conservation of Cultural Heritage in Turkey is published on the occasion of the ICOMOS 2016 Annual General Assembly and Advisory Committee meeting in Istanbul. The book brings together a collection of researches on archaeology, architectural and urban history, cultural routes, conservation education, urban conservation, management of World Heritage sites and case studies related to the archaeological, vernacular, urban, industrial and military heritage of the country. Turkish conservation practice shares many concerns and issues with the conservation activity conducted in other parts of the world. The articles offer a spectrum of the cultural heritage in Turkey and the efforts for its conservation.
