Synopsis VECTOR SIMILARITY MEASURES FOR SIMPLIFIED NEUTROSOPHIC HESITANT FUZZY SET AND THEIR APPLICATIONS by : TAHIR MAHMOOD
In this article we present three similarity measures between simplified neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy sets, which contain the concept of single valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy sets and interval valued neutrosophic hesitant fuzzy sets, based on the extension of Jaccard similarity measure, Dice similarity measure and Cosine similarity in the vector space.

Synopsis Interval Neutrosophic Reducible Weighted Maclaurin Symmetric Means With Internet of Medical Things (IoMt) Industry Evaluation by : XINDONG PENG
The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) is a global infrastructure composing of plentiful applications and medical devices that are interconnected by ICT. In considering the problem of the IoMT industry evaluation, the requisite issue that concerns strong interaction and incertitude. The Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM), as a resultful information concordant instrument, can capture the interrelation among multiple arguments more efciently. The abundance of the weighted MSMs has been presented to manage the different uncertain information aggregation issues by reason that the attribute variables are frequently diverse. However, these existing weighted form of MSM operators fail to possess the fundamental properties of idempotency and reducibility. To solve the above issues, we explore the interval neutrosophic reducible weighted MSM (INRWMSM) operator and the interval neutrosophic reducible weighted dual MSM (INRWDMSM) operator. Moreover, momentous properties and some special cases of the INRWMSM and INRWDMSM operators are discussed in detail.

Synopsis Energy and Spectrum Analysis of Interval Valued Neutrosophic Graph using MATLAB by : Said Broumi
In recent time graphical analytics of uncertainty and indeterminacy has become major concern for data analytics researchers. In this direction, the mathematical algebra of neutrosophic graph is extended to interval-valued neutrosophic graph. However, building the interval-valued neutrosophic graphs, its spectrum and energy computation is addressed as another issues by research community of neutrosophic environment. To resolve this issue the current paper proposed some related mathematical notations to compute the spectrum and energy of interval-valued neutrosophic graph using the MATAB.

Synopsis A New Group DecisionMakingMethod with Distributed Indeterminacy Form under Neu- trosophic Environment: Neutrosophic Social Choice Theory by : Selcuk Topal
This paper presents a novel social choice theory based multi-criteria decision method under neutrosophic environment. Our hybrid method consists of classical methods and an aggregation operator used in social choice theory. In addition to this, we also use distributed indeterminacy form function in our method to provide a more sensitive indeterminacy approach towards accuracy functions. We also consider reciprocal property for all individuals. This provides, as in intuitionistic fuzzy decision making theory, a consistent decision making for each individual. The solution approach presented in this paper in group decision making is treated under neutrosophic individual preference relations. These new approaches seem to be more consistent with natural human behaviour, hence should be more acceptable and implementable. Moreover, the use of a similar approach to develop some deeper soft degrees of consensus is outlined. Finally, we give a Python implementation of our work in the Appendix section.
