Synopsis UNBELIEVABLE Journey with the Lord (A True Story) by : Joani C. Boland
Why would anyone want to buy this book from an unknown first-time author? The answer is simple. If you say to yourself, "This could never happen to me," "I wouldn't be so stupid," or "My faith is so strong that nothing or no one can ever shake it," then this book is for you. This book is not just for the believers of Christ but also for nonbelievers. No matter what struggles you face--financial, death, faith, loneliness, and the like--there is a living God who loves you no matter what you have experienced or where you are in life. God loves you before you were born. Many people own a Bible, but it is never read. The book sits on a shelf, collecting dust. My husband Harry and I read and discussed Scripture along with prayer time and reading a daily devotional. In facilitating Bible lessons to small groups in our home, I would always say, the Bible contains all the answers for how we should live our lives. It is a guide to daily living in a fallen world. Think of his commands as a moral compass, as it makes us conscious of sin. So how could this fall from grace happen to a faith-loving Christian like me? My intent in writing this book is to provide you with the tools and means to give you hope in our troubled world, and to learn how not to become bitter but to forgive, to keep a sense of humor, and to never give up on yourself. 84

Synopsis A Journey with Christ by : Lydia Chola-Waiyaki
Lydia was seated on her bed reading her Bible on an ordinary August morning, oblivious of what she was about to hear and what would become her life from that day forward. Her son and nephew rushed into her bedroom. Her son was shouting, "Mum, there were two angels at the gate at night!" Her son was six years old at the time. He held her face and said, "I know the names of the two angels. They are called Angel Gabriel and Angel Michael." The two boys went on to say that Angel Michael was at the right side of the gate and was holding his sword facing upwards, while Angel Gabriel was on the left side of the gate and had his sword pointing downwards. She was amazed! How did they know the names of these two mighty archangels? Instantly, she realized that her son had had a supernatural encounter, together with his five-year-old cousin! This was the beginning of a series of incredible journeys with Jesus Christ. This book records their breathtaking trips to heaven and hell, their conversations with God the Father, their encounters with angels, relatives they met in heaven, and even the twenty-four elders who worship before the Throne of God all day and all night. These accounts will reveal to you how God is using children to bring home the simple truth that the Bible is the Word of God, heaven is real, and the only way to get there is through Jesus Christ, His Son.

Author Jeremy Pierre and illustrator Cassandra Clark want to awaken children to a brave journey―a journey home. This beautifully illustrated tale traces the theme of God’s presence through the storyline of Scripture. People were created to be with God but lost their nearness to him at the fall. So God sent his Son Jesus Christ to cross that distance, making a way for people to follow him on their own journey home. This book seeks to connect a child’s experience of a hurting world with the larger story of God’s redemption of all things, inspiring them to courage and to joy for their journey. Immersive illustrations and poetic wordplay throughout will keep your child returning to the pages of this book. God With Us presents your children with: One Panoramic Theme: Your children will see in panoramic display one grand theme at the heart of Scripture’s story, from Genesis to Revelation: the presence of God.
