Livro do Curso de Leitura 2022 - Jovens Heroísmo na Rota Secreta de John Weidner Durante a Segunda Guerra Mundial, Johan Hendrik Weidner (1912-1994), mais conhecido como John Henry Weidner, criou uma organização clandestina, a rede de fuga Dutch-Paris, que levava refugiados desde a Holanda até a Suíça ou a Espanha, atravessando a Bélgica e a França. Além de resgatar muitos judeus, algumas dessas pessoas auxiliadas por seu grupo foram o conde François de Menthon e Xavier de Gaulle.
