Synopsis The Second Coming in a New Perspective by : Toby Joreteg
Joreteg reminds us that we need to be found ready, living for the Lord in anticipation that today may be the day for Jesus? return, the victory of our God and His people forever. The end time has become a major source of contention among Christians as to when and how it will occur. We know that Jesus will come back and everything will be fulfilled just as Jesus said.

Synopsis The Second Coming of the New Age by : Steven Bancarz
The New Age movement has returned with full force in our culture taking the West and its churches by storm. All across North America, Christian churches have unknowingly encouraged occult beliefs and practices far removed from what the Bible teaches. This unfortunate reality is intrinsically linked to the popularity increase of New Age spirituality in the twenty-first century, and we've been so influenced by its integration into our society that we have become blind to recognizing, and preventing, the effects of this mainstream, pop-culture heresy, even within the walls of God's house. In this imperative and timely book, former New-Agers Josh Peck and Steven Bancarz reveal:· What perverse dealings the authors personally witnessed from their experiences deep within the New Age Movement· Which real and dangerous supernatural force lurks behind the New Age· Facts that reveal how the occult has worked its way into modern, evangelical churches· Connections between New Ageism, fallen angels, extraterrestrials, and the Nephilim· Solid, historical associations between the New Age Movement and Satanism· What false-Christ and false-gospel doctrines are being pushed by New Age teachers· How the central deity of the New Age is a thinly veiled version of Leviathan, the ancient personification of chaos· How quantum physics is being manipulated to promote the New Age agenda· How to reach friends and family lost in the New Age movement· Warning signs and influences of the occult in your life and home, and what to do if you are under spiritual attackOur lives, our relationships, our world, and our churches all depend on our willingness to take action against the deceit of New Age spirituality. The first step toward prevention is knowledge. Now is the time to be informed.

Synopsis A New Perspective on the Use of Paul in the Gospel of Mark by : Cameron Evan Ferguson
This volume presents a detailed case for the plausible literary dependence of the Gospel of Mark on select letters of the apostle Paul. The book argues that Mark and Paul share a gospel narrative that tells the story of the life, death, resurrection, and second coming of Jesus Christ "in accordance with the scriptures," and it suggests that Mark presumed Paul and his mission to be constitutive episodes of that story. It contends that Mark self-consciously sought to anticipate the person, teachings, and mission of Paul by constructing narrative precursors concordant with the eventual teachings of the itinerant apostle–a process Ferguson labels Mark’s ‘etiological hermeneutic.’ The book focuses in particular on the various (re)presentations of Christ’s death that Paul believed occurred within his communities—Christ's death performed in ritual, prefigured in scripture, and embodied within Paul’s person—and it argues that these are all seeded within and anticipated by Mark’s narrative. Through careful argument and detailed analysis, A New Perspective on the Use of Paul in the Gospel of Mark makes a substantial contribution to the ongoing debate about the dependence of Mark on Paul. It is key reading for any scholar engaged in that debate, and the insights it provides will be of interest to anyone studying the Synoptic Gospels or the epistles of Paul more generally.

You might even worry you’ll have to sacrifice your values to have a successful career. How can you hope to find work that is informed by faith and that serves God’s will? Redeeming Work was written to answer just this question. The author, Bryan Dik, PhD, is one of the leading psychologists in the world who specializes in vocation. A professor, entrepreneur, and follower of Christ, Dik wrote this book as a labor of love after devoting his career to research and development of practical strategies for helping others find purposeful work. His message: there are abundant opportunities for Christians to forge careers that answer God’s calling for their lives. In Redeeming Work, he shares the tools you need to find these opportunities and pursue them successfully. Your purchase of Redeeming Work comes with a special bonus: free access to an evidence-based online career assessment system called PathwayU. Synopsis The Return of Christ, a New Perspective by : Craig Gamble
I moved from the San Francisco bay area to Riverbank in 2009. I have spent the last 2 years, healing both physically and spiritually, and have also used this time to finish this writing. My relationship with God has been growing and healing since I got here, and so I have chosen to open myself up to Gods' Love completely, and in doing so, I have come to accept the path that God has put me on. I don't know where this journey will take me, but I go forth with the undying belief that I must start the process with me, and then I can freely share it with the world. In following this ministry I know that I am doing our Fathers' will. And so I humbly come before you, and ask that you join me in prayer. Please pray for this world now more than ever. This world needs healing and it can only come from Forgiveness. I pray that these words will spread across the planet and touch everyone who hears them. I trust in our Lord that in some small way my obedience to this calling will in some small way make a difference in this chaotic world that we live in. May the Lord bless and keep you. May He make his face shine upon you and give you peace.
