The Ordinances and the Rules have been published. The City Charter and Statutes are now published in a separate volume under the authority of the following Resolution of the City Council, approved December 22, 1899; and in accordance with the recommendations referred to therein: "Resolved, That the Commissioner appointed under Resolution No. 75, series of 1899, be and he is hereby authorized and directed, in carrying out the provisions of said Resolution No. 75, to publish and bind the Special State Laws relating to the City, and the City Ordinances, and Rules of the Board of Aldermen, in accordance with the recommendations contained in his report submitted to the City Council, November 20, 1899."
