Each of us is faced with an impossible problem. Each of us has broken some portion of God’s Law. (That’s called sin.) Unfortunately, this means we are destined to stand before God at the Great White Throne Judgment at the end of time. God’s Law is pure law. It is cold, logical, unemotional, and perfect. It is just. It is righteous. But, as such, it does not offer grace, compassion, forgiveness, or hope. Therefore, each of us will be found guilty and sentenced to the Lake of Fire. That is our eternal fate under God’s Law. God does not want to do this, but His Law forces Him to find us guilty and sentence us to suffer for all eternity. How can God avoid the demands of the Law, fulfill the letter of the Law, keep the Law intact, and still deal with us in love, grace, and compassion? God is able to use a little-known clause in His Law to offer a solution to this problem. It is a plea bargain agreement to satisfy the Law and still save us. To this end, He wrote the Bible, a legally binding contract, to offer an escape.

The Green Beret series: Over 1 Million Sold. Eyes of the Hammer by NY Times Bestselling Author, former Green Beret and West Point Graduate, Bob Mayer, is “Exciting and authentic! Author Mayer, a Green Beret himself, gave me a vivid look at the world of the Army’s Special Forces. His portrayal of Green Beret operations and techniques takes you deep into the world of Special Operations.” W.E.B. Griffin. A US Special Forces team lead by Green Beret Dave Riley is on a top secret mission to take down drug traffickers in Colombia, but while doing so they are faced with betrayal by their own government. The team is carrying sterilized weapons and unmarked uniforms and the operation is “off the books.” Of course, nothing is as it seems, especially once the CIA gets involved. Throw in an Israeli mercenary and betrayal, Dave Riley and his team soon find themselves wondering what the real mission is and will they become collateral damage from all the double-dealing going on back in Washington. Eyes of the Hammer is the first book in the bestselling Green Beret Series written by a man who has “been there, done that.”
