A collection of poems written by Maria O'Hare, which were written during some of her most traumatic life experiences, and during periods of severe mental illness, particularly bipolar disorder. Between the ages of twenty and thirty, Maria was sectioned in a psychiatric hospital nine times equating to nearly two years of her life, for reasons from severe depression, severe mania, post traumatic stress disorder and psychotic episodes.
