Synopsis The Concept of Service Quality in Commercial Practice by : Amelikeh Confidence E. N.
Commercial Practice is the work done for the earning, acquisition, and ownership of existence and within existence! What one acquires, the one is said to own, resulting in the application of ownership to anything at all acquirable, including the slave; however, the slave is held in possession disowned and hence cannot be said to be owned! We cannot accurately say that one owns a slave nor that a slave has owner, when the slave is held disowned! The disowned thing has no owner. The application of ownership to the slave has brought difficulty in telling the relationship between parent and child, husband and wife, employer and employee, and citizen and state, for instance, as a person being owned sounds as the person being a slave. We have redeemed the reality of ownership. There are things one can own and things one cannot own although acquirable: therefore, there are things one has the Right to acquire and things one has no Right to acquire. If you cannot own it and you acquire it then you have stolen it, rendering you a criminal, as theft is a crime! Learn Commercial Practice: it is the legitimate method of acquiring and possessing, and ownership.

Synopsis Reflective Learning in Management, Development and Education by : David Higgins
In recent years there has been a growing interest in the ideas surrounding reflective practice, specifically in the areas of learning in management, development and education. This interest has developed in a growing number of professional fields thus making for very diverse understandings of what can be regarded as complex approaches to learning. In order to understand how reflective practice can support and aid learning it is helpful to acknowledge how we learn. First, all learners start from their own position of knowledge and have their own set of experiences to draw upon. Second, learning is contextual, something which managers need to acknowledge. To make sense and achieve a deep understanding of material and experiences, one needs to relate new information to existing knowledge and experiences. This is best achieved through a process of reflection. Indeed, the underlying rationale for the chapters in this publication is to explore how the role of practice, reflection, and critical reflection are understood and developed within a learning process which is supported through the application of reflective tools. This book recognises and makes explicit the diverse, yet inclusive nature of the field. By including a range of contributions from both subject specific disciplines and professional contexts, it seeks to enable the reader in documenting some of the current uses of reflection and critical reflection, while also illustrating some of the newer methods in use, as well as the current contributions to thinking in the subject domain. Through this publication the editor and authors hope to provide a basis from which continuing professional development and education can be enhanced. This book was originally published as a special issue of Reflective Practice: International and Multidisciplinary Perspectives.

Synopsis The Science of Sherlock by : Mark Brake
An essential read for the legions of Sherlockians about the globe. Sherlock Holmes is the world’s greatest-ever consulting detective. The huge popularity of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s fictional creation, and his sixty stories, made Sherlock one of the most famous characters of Victorian London. All evidence suggests Sherlock’s fan adoration has lasted almost one and a half centuries through many adaptations. There is Sherlock fan fiction in China, Sherlock manga in Japan, and tribute pop songs in Korea. Guinness World Records awarded Sherlock Holmes the title of most portrayed literary human character in film and television thanks to the popular Sherlock Holmes movies starring Robert Downey Jr., series like Elementary starring Lucy Liu, Sherlock starring Benedict Cumberbatch, and so many more. Sherlock’s enduring appeal shows that his detective talents are as compelling today as they were in the days of Conan Doyle. The Science of Sherlock gives you an in-depth look at the science behind the cases Sherlock cracked in those Ripper streets of old.
