Everyone has their favorite among hounds and hunting books but Slash Ranch Hounds is certainly among the best in any section. It is very strong on the intricate workings of hounds in pursuit of scent. While not a "how-to" book, any dog man can benefit from Evan's training tips and hunting techniques, most told within the context of stories.
