The legend is that the great sage Dadhichi had donated his bones to God Indra at Siddhpur. Lord Kapil had created Sankhya Darshan Shatra and Kapil Gita to give salvation to his mother Ma devhuti.Since then Siddhpur is believed as the tirth for mother’s Salvation.
