The Records of the Conference held in Geneva from May 11 to June 2, 2000, contain the documents issued before, during and after the Conference, as well as indexes to those documents.

These records include the texts of the Treaty, the Regulations and the Model International Forms as well as the Final Act, the Basic Proposal and a comparison of the texts of the Trademark Law Treaty (done at Geneva on October 27, 1994) and the Singapore Treaty on the Law of Trademarks and the Regulations Thereunder.

These records include the texts of the new Act and the Regulations as adopted by the Diplomatic Conference, the text of the Basic Proposal as presented to the Diplomatic Conference, as well as a comparison of the texts of the Lisbon Agreement for the Protection of Appellations of Origin and their International Registration (of October 31, 1958, as revised at Stockholm on July 14, 1967, and as amended on September 28, 1979) and the Geneva Act of the Lisbon Agreement on Appellations of Origin and Geographical Indications (of May 20, 2015) and the Regulations thereunder.

The first part of the Diplomatic Conference for the Conclusion of a Treaty Supplementing the Paris Convention as far as Patents are Concerned took place in The Hague from June 3 to 21, 1991, at facilities made available by the Government of the Netherlands . The present publication contains the Records of the first part of the Conference.
