Synopsis Nothing Comes Easy by : Y. A. Tittle
Before cable television, artificial turf, multimillion-dollar contracts, and Are You Ready for Some Football? pro football players lives were not much different from those of the fans in the bleachers. Back in football's Golden Era, the game they played was much simpler but far tougher than anything seen today. Y.A. Tittle began his career in that simpler era, when players were expected to play both offense and defense and had to hold off-season jobs to make ends meet. Following a stellar career that lasted from 1948 until 1964, he retired from the game at 38 after starring for the Baltimore Colts, the San Francisco 49ers, and the New York Giants. Although he was the quarterback in the 49ers famous million dollar backfield, he is best remembered for his three years in New York and for his willingness to take the field when badly hurt. Y.A. took the Giants to three NFL Championship Games.

Synopsis A Broken Paradise Series by : Ellie Williams
THE ALLIANCE Second installment to the A Broken Paradise Series. "Oh my god!" "WENI!" "WENI!, open your eyes!" "What happened?" "CUALLI!" "What's happened to Weni, Cualli?." Sheriton asked, tears already welling up in her eyes. "I know this is a little hard to understand right now." I began again, "I know right now you're all just thinking about the fact that she's gone, but there is still hope, there is still hope that this can work." "THAT IS NOT WENI!!" Sheriton screamed at me. "What happens if people find out? What if Damson finds out." Tess blurted out. "The Alliance will fall apart?" Perri mumbles under his breath. Galina wiped her tears. "Awen is still in there, that body is still hers." "How can you trust her?" Tess asked. "I don't think it's a case of trust right now...." Ceri said as he got to his feet and walked to Galina and Sheriton. "She's keeping my sister alive."

Synopsis The Ten of Us by : Myron Phillips
This is the tale of an ordinary kid drawn into extraordinary experiences by the needs of his country in an all-out war. It began at the urging of my daughter, Ellen Doyle, by setting down a few personal experiences for the grandkids. It has grown somewhat but is still limited to a narrow timeframe involving a rather small number of people. Ellen provided more than inspiration, like converting my longhand copy to a computer record. With memory, the primary source and one thought triggering another, a rambling account is inevitable. So a rambling account is what you get and remember its all as I remember it. I hope you will find this part of my life interesting. I enjoyed living it, and I hope you enjoy reading it.
