The era of web technology has enabled information and application sharing through the Internet. The large amount of information on the Internet, the large number of users, and the complexity of the application and information types have introduced new areas whereby these issues are explored and addressed.

This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 10 th International Conference on Mobile Web Information Systems, MobiWIS 2013, held in Paphos, Cyprus, in August 2013. This book contains the best papers from the International Conference on Web Inf- mation Systems and Technologies (WEBIST 2007), organized by the Institute for Systems and Technologies of Information, Control and Communication (INSTICC), endorsed by IW3C2, and held in Barcelona, Spain. The purpose of WEBIST is to bring together researchers, engineers, and practit- ners interested in the technological advances and business applications of web-based information systems.
