Synopsis Linguistic Neutrosophic Generalized Partitioned Bonferroni Mean Operators and Their Application to Multi-Attribute Group Decision Making by : Yumei Wang

To solve the problems related to inhomogeneous connections among the attributes, we introduce a novel multiple attribute group decision-making (MAGDM) method based on the introduced linguistic neutrosophic generalized weighted partitioned Bonferroni mean operator (LNGWPBM) for linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs).

Synopsis Bonferroni Mean Operators of Linguistic Neutrosophic Numbers and Their Multiple Attribute Group Decision-Making Methods by : Changxing Fan

Linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNN) is presented by Fang and Ye in 2017, which can describe the truth, falsity, and indeterminacy linguistic information independently. In this paper, the LNN and the Bonferroni mean operator are merged together to propose a LNN normalized weighted Bonferroni mean (LNNNWBM) operator and a LNN normalized weighted geometric Bonferroni mean (LNNNWGBM) operator and the properties of these two operators are proved.

Synopsis Linguistic neutrosophic power Muirhead mean operators for safety evaluation of mines by : Suizhi Luo

Safety is the fundamental guarantee for the sustainable development of mining enterprises. As the safety evaluation of mines is a complex system engineering project, consistent and inconsistent, even hesitant evaluation information may be contained simultaneously. Linguistic neutrosophic numbers (LNNs), as the extensions of linguistic terms, are effective means to entirely and qualitatively convey such evaluation information with three independent linguistic membership functions. The aim of our work is to investigate several mean operators so that the safety evaluation issues of mines are addressed under linguistic neutrosophic environment.

Synopsis Multiple Attribute Decision-Making Method Using Linguistic Cubic Hesitant Variables by : Jun Ye

Linguistic decision making (DM) is an important research topic in DM theory and methods since using linguistic terms for the assessment of the objective world is very fitting for human thinking and expressing habits. However, there is both uncertainty and hesitancy in linguistic arguments in human thinking and judgments of an evaluated object.

Synopsis Multivalued neutrosophic power partitioned Hamy mean operators and their application in MAGDM by : Muwen Wang

The novel multivalued neutrosophic aggregation operators are proposed in this paper to handle the complicated decision-making situations with correlation between specific information and partitioned parameters at the same time, which are based on weighted power partitioned Hamy mean (WMNPPHAM) operators for multivalued neutrosophic sets (MNS) proposed by combining the Power Average and Hamy operators. Firstly, the power partitioned Hamy mean (PPHAM) is capable of capture the correlation between aggregation parameters and the relationship among attributes dividing several parts, where the attributes are dependent definitely within the interchangeable fragment, other attributes in divergent sections are irrelevant. Secondly, because MNS can effectively represent imprecise, insufficient, and uncertain information, we proposed the multivalued neutrosophic PMHAM (WMNPHAM) operator for MNS and its partitioned variant (WMNPPHAM) with the characteristics and examples. Finally, this multiple attribute group decision making (MAGDM) technique is proven to be feasible by comparing with the existing methods to confirm this method’s usefulness and validity.

Synopsis Decision Support Technique Based on Neutrosophic Yager Aggregation Operators: Application in Solar Power Plant Locations - Case Study of Bahawalpur, Pakistan by : Shabeer Khan

The problem of energy crisis and environmental pollution has been mitigated by the generation and use of solar power; however, the choice of locations for solar power plants is a difficult task because the decision-making process includes political, socioeconomic, and environmental aspects. Thus, several adverse consequences have been created by the choice of suboptimal locations. The objective of this paper is to address the integrated qualitative and quantitative multicriteria decision-making framework for the selection of solar power plant locations. Neutrosophic sets (NSs) are the latest extension of the ordinary fuzzy sets. The main characteristic of the neutrosophic sets is satisfying the condition that the sum of the truth, indeterminacy, and falsity grades must be at least zero and at most three. In this research, we establish novel operational laws based on the Yager t-norm and t-conorm under neutrosophic environments (NE).
