Synopsis Lawfully Given by : Elle E. Kay
Lured out west by a lie. Grace Belle arrives in the New Mexico Territory ready to meet her fiancé and have strong words with her brother. She doesn't get to do either. There is no pending arranged marriage, and her brother is missing. Between courting a woman keeping secrets and suddenly being claimed by another, Sheriff Jack Garrison has plenty of personal drama. He must also find Grace's brother and figure out why the man would summon her under false pretenses. If they can't sort their feelings and solve the mystery quickly, the only answers left will be tragic ones.

Synopsis Model Rules of Professional Conduct by : American Bar Association. House of Delegates
The Model Rules of Professional Conduct provides an up-to-date resource for information on legal ethics. Federal, state and local courts in all jurisdictions look to the Rules for guidance in solving lawyer malpractice cases, disciplinary actions, disqualification issues, sanctions questions and much more. In this volume, black-letter Rules of Professional Conduct are followed by numbered Comments that explain each Rule's purpose and provide suggestions for its practical application. The Rules will help you identify proper conduct in a variety of given situations, review those instances where discretionary action is possible, and define the nature of the relationship between you and your clients, colleagues and the courts.

Synopsis If One Uses It Lawfully by : Matthew E. Ferris
Are the Ten Commandments the standard for Christian living? There are many viewpoints on the place of the Mosaic Law today. Some affirm that while we are not saved through keeping the law, it remains our standard for living, a pattern to be followed. Others say we are free from the law. This brief examination of the law affirms all of God’s revelation as Christian Scripture, but acknowledges covenantal differences in God’s dealings with believers. The progress of salvation history, and our identification with Christ, has altered our relationship to the Mosaic Law. Using the Law “lawfully” requires us to recognize the way in which the New Testament, and chiefly the Apostle Paul, treats the law. Paul presents the believer as having died to the law, and serving now in the new way of the Spirit, a way that does not depend on the Mosaic law. The pattern for the New Testament believer remains Jesus himself. While keeping all of God’s law, he went beyond its requirement to demonstrate a love for sinners that the law did not know.

Synopsis Living Lawfully by : Z. Bankowski
The aim of this book is to explore what it means to live a life under the law. Does a life of law preclude love and does a life of love preclude law? Part of the theme of the book is that social questions also raise individual moral and ethical questions; that to live lawfully implies both a question of how I should live in my relations with my fellows and how society should be organised. These questions must be looked at together. The book explores these questions and in looking at the articulation of law and love touches upon debates in personal morality, aesthetics, epistemology, social and political organisation, institutional design and the form and substance of law. It raises questions that are of interest to students and those working in law, theology, and social and political theory.
