Mouzon, presiding. The congregation-sang Hymn No. 386 and the Bishop led in prayer, after which he read the first seventeen verses of the first chapter of Romans, and using the fourteenth verse as a text, he delivered an in spiring message on the Obligations of Methodism to all Peoples and all Races. Being assisted by the Presiding Elders, the Bishop led in the cele bration of the Sacrament of the Lord's Supper.
