Testimony concerning the reauthorization of the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programs and the Special Supplemental Food Programs for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) is presented. Kassler, president, National Association of WIC Directors; and (8) Charles Hughes, chair of the school advisory committee of the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees (AFSCME), Local 372.
