Volume 7 describes the biology of two major crops: TOMATO and SORGHUM (centres of origin, genetics, hybridisation, production, uses, ecology) and an animal species: ATLANTIC SALMON (ecology, rearing and genetics for 'wild' and 'farmed' forms).
