In 1907, when the one hundredth anniversary of the incorporation of Orange as a town was celebrated, the Association caused a monu ment to be erected in the old burying ground in memory of our ancestors buried there, with the names of sixteen members of the family from Essex County, soldiers in the American Revolution, inscribed on the reverse side.
