Just before reaching the Unabara Domain, the Ogame style find themselves under attack by the Muho style's 47th corps, users of the powerful enhancement drug: the “Jugan” pill. Gama and the others wind up being split and surrounded by “super soldiers”, but Gama manages to ward off his enemy with his special technique. However, Ginki awakens to a new height of superhuman power with his second “Jugan” pill and comes back with a next-level attack! The fierce showdown between Gama and Ginki has begun…!

After Gama and the others breach Unabara Castle gates, they find a place to hide and regroup, however Zenmaru can't help but toil over his own lack of ability. He goes off looking for enemies in order to become stronger, only to be attacked by one of the strongest of all Muho style warriors, Kiyomori Yamanoue! Faced with an opponent clearly out of his league, Zenmaru must draw his colossal sword, the Sadanaga! The true payoff of Zenmaru's year-long training will finally be put to the test!

Despite their small numbers, the disciples of the Ogame style are faced with a series of attacks by Muho style assassins! One of whom is Banri Omiya of the four divine spears. Banri has long been honing his skills in order to settle his score with Shinnojo. The battle between two geniuses is heating up as they fight to the death over their opposing convictions...!

Gama and the others storm Unabara castle only to find their path immediately blocked by a monstrous giant lurking beneath the ground-Arimaru! Gama and his allies struggle to ward off Arimaru's underground assault until Shinnojo puts his life on the line and successfully brings her to the surface! However, it's Zenmaru who steps in to fight Arimaru in Shinnojo's place. Determined to evolve as a warrior, he draws his Sadanaga against a deadly foe!

Upon arriving at the inn, Ran seeks the power to live by the sword and asks Iori for his tutelage. However Iori seems to have a lot on his mind after his battle with Raio. Before he can catch his breath, yet another of the Hundred Swords comes to attack. Iori finds himself surrounded by more than 30 skilled fighters, including rank number 54, Ikki Obayashi. Iori demonstrates demonic godlike swordplay only to find himself faced with an even more formidable foe!!
