The reading of it was dispensed with by vote. A Select Com mirtee was appointed, consisting of Messrs. Pinkerton, Langworthy, Clapp, and Holmes, to advise the Corresponding Secretaries in regard to the publication of it. It was then voted to appoint a Committee to nominate officers for the year next ensuing. Messrs. Richardson, Newell, and Robbins were appointed, and retired to consult.
