Of course, a person needs a guide that will bring him eternal happiness in this turbulent and dark world. For this reason, our Creator, who knew and created our every need in advance, sent prophets (Abraham, Moses, Jesus, the Last Prophet Muhammad and other prophets among them) to guide people at various times. In our book, we will see examples from the life of the last prophet and his recommendations. Prophets are at the highest moral level of humanity. Of course, those who follow them will achieve happiness both in this world and in the eternal life after death.

Prophets are messengers sent by Allah to bring people from darkness to light. All prophets came with the same truths. They are guides who describe the Creator of the Earth and the universe, give information about him, and come to explain the existence of eternal life after death. While those who follow the truths they bring reach eternal happiness, those who forget them are doomed to be lost in the deserts of the world.

n the present book Maulana Wahiduddin Khan has compiled an anthology from Hadith literature, an Islamic source second only to the Quran in religious importance. Although brief, it covers, directly or indirectly, the more important aspects of the Hadith's teachings. This book teaches us some of the principles by which the Prophet of Islam sought to guide his followers. Eternal in essence, they are of value not only to Muslims, but to humanity at large. This book is a study of related passages found in the Arabic Qur’ān and the Aramaic Gospels, i.e. the Gospels preserved in the Syriac and Christian Palestinian Aramaic dialects. It builds upon the work of traditional Muslim scholars, including al-Biqā‘ī (d. ca. 808/1460) and al-Suyūṭī (d. 911/1505), who wrote books examining connections between the Qur’ān on the one hand, and Biblical passages and Aramaic terminology on the other, as well as modern western scholars, including Sidney Griffith who argue that pre-Islamic Arabs accessed the Bible in Aramaic. The Qur’ān and the Aramaic Gospel Traditions examines the history of religious movements in the Middle East from 180-632 CE, explaining Islam as a response to the disunity of the Aramaic speaking churches. It then compares the Arabic text of the Qur’ān and the Aramaic text of the Gospels under four main themes: the prophets; the clergy; the divine; and the apocalypse. Among the findings of this book are that the articulator as well as audience of the Qur’ān were monotheistic in origin, probably bilingual, culturally sophisticated and accustomed to the theological debates that raged between the Aramaic speaking churches. Arguing that the Qur’ān’s teachings and ethics echo Jewish-Christian conservatism, this book will be of interest to students and scholars of Religion, History, and Literature.

This service is still continuing and an assortment of gems will continue to be discovered from this vast ocean. There is no doubt that this insignificant individual does not possess the expertise required for this field. However, time and again this idea had surfaced that something should be written on this sacred topic regardless of the result with the hope that it may be a means of my salvation in the hereafter. Thus, I undertook the task of compiling this small book by extracting different aspects from the various books authored on seerah. I have taken special care to ensure that the language is of an understandable and simple level. May Allah Ta'ala crown this effort with His acceptance and allow it to be beneficial for one and all. Prophet Muhammad SAW from Mecca, unified Arabia into a single religious polity under Islam faith. Believed by Muslims to be a prophet and messenger of God, Muhammad is almost universally considered by Muslims as the last prophet sent by God to mankind. Along with this Book of guidance God sent Prophet Muhammad, whose behavior and high moral standards are an example to us all. Prophet Muhammad's life was the Quran. He understood it, he loved it and he lived his life based on its standards. He taught us to recite the Quran, to live by its principles and to love it. When Muslims declare their faith in One God, they also declare their belief that Muhammad is the slave and final messenger of God. Prophet Muhammad taught us to love God and to obey Him. He taught us to be kind to each other, to respect our elders, and care for our children. He taught us that it was better to give than to receive and that each human life is worthy of respect and dignity. He taught us to love for our brothers and sisters what we love for ourselves. Prophet Muhammad taught us that families and communities are essential, and he pointed out that individual rights although important are not more important than a stable, moral society. Prophet Muhammad taught us that men and women are equal in the sight of God and that no one person is better then another except in respect to his or her piety and devotion to God.
