Today, more children in China watch television than in any other country in the world, and Internet usage is also increasing, making the implementation of media literacy education an important issue. This book presents the prevailing perspectives on media literacy education in China and describes how the current curriculum reform for implementing media literacy education is being developed. The study aimed to know the teacher's empowerment and its student success in China. The study involves 73 teachers in China, assessing their level of teachers' empowerment and its impact on student success. The researcher used purposive sampling method in choosing their study respondents. Meanwhile, the study has been found that teacher's empowerment should be further improved, as well as their status that influences their empowerment that impact on student's success. Moreso, it is recommended that further studies should be conducted to improve the students' success through increasing the level of teachers' empowerment.
