Synopsis Destiny (Lughnasadh Elite Academy 9) by : Layla Heart

Six prophesied lovers fighting for their survival, one night to pull it all off. While Rune and Finn are on their way to the fae kingdom to help undo the elixir that prevents dragons from shifting, Litha, Phoenix, Bane, Kit and their guests have to flee the cottage they’ve been staying at. It’s only as they reach the academy that they realise how close to being caught by the fae army they were. But the campus isn’t much safer, the main group of the fae army is only days away, so they have to do everything they can to try and stop the fae king from getting to the forest on the campus ground. Prevent him from using the ancient magical source for his destructive plans. This is the biggest battle they’ve had to fight yet, and they can’t afford to lose. But how can a group of teens and some random rebel armies win against a well-trained fae army? And how will they stop the fae king? This is the ninth novella in the Lughnasadh Elite Academy serial, a reverse harem #WhyChoose story. This novella may include any of these elements: steamy scenes, ‘I need tissues NOW’ moments, cries of ‘why, oh, why’ and cliffhangers that make you bite your nails (and curse the author). This story includes MF, MM and also FF scenes, but everyone is primarily focused on Litha and there are no sexy scenes between the guys and the other girl.

Synopsis Strategy (Lughnasadh Elite Academy 8) by : Layla Heart

One king threatening war, six prophesied lovers scrambling to come up with a plan to defeat him. Bane’s parents’ house isn’t the idyllic retreat it looks from the outside, inside its walls it hides many secrets and even more dangerous knowledge for anyone willing to dive into the hundreds of books collected in its living room library, as Litha, Phoenix and the four princes have found out. The plan was to hide here for a couple of weeks, recover from their injuries and maybe gain some knowledge which would help them survive the coming months and years. Instead, they realised that things are, once again, not as simple as that and it appears that history is about to repeat itself. When they find out that their ancestors unsuccessfully tried to prevent the last war, they know that they need to do something to tip the scales in their favour this time around. The only problem? They have two weeks to pull it off, and they have no idea where to start. This is the eighth novella in the Lughnasadh Elite Academy serial, a reverse harem #WhyChoose story. This novella may include any of these elements: steamy scenes, ‘I need tissues NOW’ moments, cries of ‘why, oh, why’ and cliffhangers that make you bite your nails (and curse the author). Synopsis Fated Encounter (Lughnasadh Elite Academy Collection 3) by : Layla Heart

Six lovers struggling to come up with a plan to stop the fae king, one chance to save their kingdoms. While Rune and Bane are still recovering from their wounds, Finn is nearly assassinated by his aunt during the meeting with the werewolf king and the succubus queen, prompting Bane’s mum to send them off to one of their lesser-known houses, trying to keep them out of harm’s way. But that choice may not have been as spontaneous as it first seemed, as the cottage is filled with books about some very dangerous topics. As the six dive into the wealth of information, they start to doubt not only the history they’ve always been taught, but even the circumstances of their prophecy. Before the last war, their ancestors had been together at the last witch queen’s court, working on an elixir with eerily similar properties as the one the fae king uses to stop the dragons from shifting, and then the witch queen went missing. Their world falls apart more with each piece of information they find, but at the same time, a plan starts to form with this new knowledge, making connections between events only available now they’re looking back. Then the worst news possible reaches them, the fae soldiers are on the move and they seem determined to win this war once and for all. Are Litha, Phoenix and the princes ready? This is a collection of the third set of three novellas, Recovery, Strategy, Destiny, and the holiday special short story, Festivity, in the Lughnasadh Elite Academy serial, a reverse harem #WhyChoose story. These novellas may include any of the following elements: steamy scenes, ‘I need tissues NOW’ moments, cries of ‘why, oh, why’ and cliffhangers that make you bite your nails (and curse the author). This story includes MF, MM and also FF scenes, but everyone is primarily focused on Litha and there are no sexy scenes between the guys and the other girl.

Synopsis Fated Magic (Lughnasadh Elite Academy Collection 2) by : Layla Heart

One attack on the Academy by the fae king, six lovers having to work together to survive. When Litha sneaks off campus with Rune and Kit after a very tense first day of classes, it all ends horrifically wrong when the succubus cafe they’re staying at is surrounded by fae soldiers. Not only that, but as they’re breaking free, they spot Litha’s grandma being dragged along by the soldiers and Litha sacrifices herself to save the woman. That’s just the beginning of some very tense days as Bane and Rune don’t get out of the struggle unharmed, their lives now in grave danger. The fae soldiers were using weapons coated in a venom that slowly eats away at their flesh, and the six now have to work against the clock to find an antidote for it, or risk losing their werewolf and dragon lovers. Meanwhile, Litha’s parents come out of hiding, bringing with them new information about the prophecy. Information that makes clear that the prophecy has accidentally, or willfully, been misinterpreted for over eighteen years. Not to mention, a surprise visit from Bane’s uncle, the werewolf king, and Kit’s mother, the succubus queen, like life wasn’t complicated enough already… This is a collection of the second set of three novellas, Legacy, Sorcery and Bravery in the Lughnasadh Elite Academy serial, a reverse harem #WhyChoose story. These novellas may include any of the following elements: steamy scenes, ‘I need tissues NOW’ moments, cries of ‘why, oh, why’ and cliffhangers that make you bite your nails (and curse the author). Synopsis Omega Phoenix: Claimed (Her Shifter Harem’s Babies 1) by : Layla Heart

Cyra, a rare Omega phoenix shifter, has had a rough week, to say the least. First, two playboy Alphas, a hydra and a griffin, start showing up at the cafe she works at. Their teasing making her all hot and bothered, no matter how much she tries to ignore them. And then she accidentally accepts to play a princess at a spoiled shifter kid’s birthday party, where her crappy old car promptly breaks down. Luckily, or maybe she’s just cursed, a cerberus and a centaur Alpha are there to save the day and give her a ride home. For years, Cyra has managed to hide herself from other shifters, pretending she’s human. Because she doesn’t want her parents to marry her off to a rich asshole Alpha for money and status or to be kidnapped and bred like some other rare Omega shifters. She wants her freedom, to be able to make her own choices, and both of those things are taken away the moment she’s mated. Once she’s claimed by an Alpha, she’ll become that Alpha’s property, and she refuses to live like that. But now everything she’s worked so hard for is falling apart around her. Money is tight, and with her crappy car constantly needing repairs, she won’t be able to afford the medication she needs to stay hidden from shifters, especially with the mating season only weeks away. So she makes a reckless decision and takes the cerberus and the centaur up on their offer to be their date to the yearly Night Gala, an exclusive shifter event for bachelor Alphas, Betas and Omegas, though it’s not uncommon for humans to attend too, as ‘dates’ or serving staff. Their offer is too tempting, one night of boring chats while looking pretty, and all her money problems will be solved. That is, until the hydra and griffin Alphas also appear at the Night Gala and everything goes to hell… This is the first book in the Her Shifter Harem’s Babies series, a paranormal Omegaverse reverse harem #WhyChoose story. This book may include any of these elements: steamy scenes, ‘I need tissues NOW’ moments, cries of ‘why, oh, why’ and cliffhangers that make you bite your nails (and curse the author). ??This story includes MF and MM scenes.

Synopsis A Source-Book of Scottish Witchcraft by : Christina Larner

First published in 1977 and now reprinted in its original form, A Source-book of Scottish Witchcraft has been the most authoritative reference book on Scottish Witchcraft for almost thirty years. It has been invaluable to the specialist scholar and of interest to the general reader. It provides, but provides much more than, a series of lists of the 'names and addresses' of long-dead witches. However, although it is widely quoted and held in high esteem, few copies were ever printed and most are owned by libraries or similar institutions. Until now, it has been difficult to obtain and even more difficult to buy. In 1938, George F. Black, a Scotsman who was in charge of New York Public Library, published A Calendar of Cases of Witchcraft in Scotland 1510-1727. This was a fairly comprehensive compilation of brief accounts of references, in printed sources, to Scottish witchcraft cases. The Source-book built upon this study but went beyond it by including, through an examination of actual ancient manuscripts, information on previously unpublished cases. It also presented the material in a more systematic way in relation, where known, to the names of the accused witches, their sex, their fate, the place of the case, its date and the type of court that dealt with it. Some such information is presented in the form of tables. Transcriptions of documents pertaining to witchcraft trials- such as examples of the evidence of supposed witnesses, and other salient legal documents - including, for instance, an ancient account of when and why the testimony of female witnesses might be legally acceptable in Scottish courts - are also presented.
