A collection of articles, speeches, letters, and other written works of Dennis "Boog" Highberger, from 1983 through 2018. He has been a participant in the international anarchist movement of the 1980s and 1990s and the international mail art movement, as well as serving a term as mayor of Lawrence, Kansas, during which he proclaimed International Dadaism Month in 2005. He currently serves as a state representative in the Kansas legislature. Articles and screeds include "What is Money?", "I Joyfully Carry My Burden of Dreams," and "A Juxtapositionist Manifesto."
