Synopsis Giridhari: The Uplifter of Hearts by : Bhakti Marga

No matter how far you may have gone on your spiritual journey, the ultimate goal – God Consciousness – is reached only with the help of a living God-realised Master like Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda. That is why we have created this collection we call ‘Guruvakya Meditations’. In this case, the term ‘Guruvakya’ refers to a profound insight spoken or written by Paramahamsa Vishwananda, and each book of this collection contains 108 Guruvakyas that revolve around a chosen theme. Giridhari: The Uplifter of Hearts is the first book of the series. It helps you discover who Giridhari is and how to engage in a loving relationship with Him towards the fulfilment of your life purpose. In fact, the whole series is about deepening your inner relationship with the Divine Source, whether known as Krishna, Christ, God, Divine Mother, the Guru or a spiritual Master. Use a different Guruvakya each day as the focus for the five-minute 3-Step Guruvakya Meditation described inside, and you’ll quickly deepen your unique connection with the source of Divine Love, the indweller of your heart. Paramahamsa Sri Swami Vishwananda is an enlightened spiritual Master who has the unique ability to awaken the soul's inner Light and Love, helping us all advance more quickly toward God-Realisation. His mission and organisation, known as ‘Bhakti Marga’, gives everyone access to Paramahamsa Vishwananda’s timeless teachings of Divine Love and devotion to God, as well as provides opportunities to connect with others on the spiritual path. Synopsis Be the Uplifter by : Sharmay Mitchell

be the Uplifter is a refreshingly positive poetry book, striking back against a world simmering in a cauldron of anxiety overload. Each poem is a sugar pill of optimism and hope, nullifying despair and reminding you that "there is more of you in the cutting of the knife than the relenting of the bread". Sharmay Mitchell's beautifully self-illustrated, debut collection banishes self-doubt to the naughty step and pummels you, in the kindest way, with all the encouragement you deserve, inviting you to hold your head a little higher with each page turn. These are poems to hold close when the black dog is barking outside your door, poems to massage your emotional tendrils, poems to remind you what you are capable of, inviting you to unravel your knots of despondency and be the Uplifter. Themes of triumph and overcoming, resilience, peace, conviction, self love, friendship and finding or regaining one's vivacity are explored as part of this uplifting collection. Each numbered poem represents the day on which Mitchell wrote it during her consecutive daily writing challenge. Excerpt: "936 in the dark by random grab the best of life you try to nab though it may not be what you planned the future lies within your hands but if you can't reach what you need among the stars you must proceed until you find what you desire just persevere and never tire"

Synopsis Ancient Egypt, the Light of the World by : Gerald Massey

Gerald Massay was one of the first Egyptologists in modern times to realize that with the final eclipse of the incredibly old Land of Kam (a.k.a ancient Egypt), a light had been extinguished in world civilization. He was a man of protean interests and concerns - at once a poet, socialist, Shakespearean scholar, mythographer and Egyptologist. Part of his genius was the ability to look truth in the face and not flinch. Massey did in the cultural domain what modern paleontologists have done in the anthropological: pinpoint Africa as the crucible of humanity's story. In the first volume of Ancient Egypt, Massey was primarily concerned with elaborating how the first humans emergine in Africa created thought. What had been evident to him from the outset was that the myths, rituals and religions of ancient Egypt - or Old Kam - had preserved virtually intact a record of the psychomythic evolution of humanity. In the second volume, Massey examines the celestial phenomenon known as the Precession of the Equinoxes. He believed only by understanding this phenomenon was it possible to fathom Nile Valley history. He provides the reader with extensive detail on the interconnection of the two. The last half of the second volume is devoted to the Kamite sources of Christianity. Massey demonstrated the manner in which New Testament Christianity evolved directly out of the Osirian mysteries. Massey pioneered the effort the connect Old Kamite thought to its origin in Africa's antiquity. His conclusions, which are constantly being verified, showed that Kamite thought was the direct progenitor to the philosophy, metaphysics, religion and science that eventually shaped Western cvilization. -- from back cover.
