Synopsis Apprehended Identity by : Chris Gore
Do you often feel like you are on the treadmill of life, worn out, tired, burnt out, and performing for God? Well, it's time that we get set free and enter into the journey of our true identity; it's time to take back the identity that has been stolen from us, stolen by life, stolen by religion, stolen by the enemy. It's time for freedom, and it's time to apprehend our true identity. It's a longing of mine to see believers walk in freedom and see them thrive, regardless of the season they find themselves in. Freedom from what, you may ask? Freedom from sin, sickness, bondage, guilt, condemnation, shame, religion, addictions, and Christian "performance." The answer is more simple than we could ever think. As a minister of the gospel now for over 20 years, a lot has been seen, observed, and learned in this journey. I'm truly grateful for every part of life's journey, as it's formed and helped create me into all that God planned for me. I realize that what you are about to read may be new to many people, and for others, perhaps it will just help take you a little deeper into the freedom that Christ destined us to live in. This book jumps into the heart of the Father, union with Christ, a fresh look at understanding righteousness and the finished work of the Cross. Let's get free and walk in the power of God and be heaven's transformational agents.

Synopsis Studies in Philosophy by : Krishnachandra Bhattacharyya
These Studies in Philosophy represents all the published and only a few unpublished writings of Krishnachandra Bhattacharyya. These published writing date back to 1908, but his characteristic philosophical position assumes definite shape in the writings during the year 1928-36. The publications of the period outnumber and far outweigh those that fall during the previous twenty years. Of the twenty-one tracts published first in two separate Volumes, which in this edition appear as bound together in one, fourteen belong to this period, the others covering the previous years. Prof. Bhattacharyya had a deep study of ancient Indian Philosophy, particularly of Advaita Vedanta, Sankhya, Yoga and Jain Philosophies. Vol. I. contains Prof. Bhattacharyyaês constructive interpretation of these systems. He was also well-versed in classical German Philosophy, particularly that of Kant. His vast and deep study provided the intellectual background in the light of which his profoundly original mind could go on with the work of construction. He constructed a new system of his own which however is not easy to comprehend. Vol. II contains all the basic writings in which Prof. Bhattacharyyaês philosophy has been formulated. In the Introduction to this Volume, the Editor has usefully analysed the Authorês philosophical position in some details.

Synopsis The Nature of Living Being by : Daniel Carlos Mayer-Foulkes
This book proposes a bold idea. Living beings are distinguishing distinctions. Single cells and multicellular organisms maintain themselves distinct by drawing distinctions. This is what organisms are and what they do. From this starting point, key issues examined range across ontology, epistemology, phenomenology, logic, and ethics. Topics discussed include the origin of life, the nature and purpose of biology, the relation between life and logic, the nature and limits of formal logic, the nature of subjects, the subject-object relation, subject-subject relationships and the deep roots of ethics. The book provides a radical new foundation to think about philosophy and biology and appeals to researchers and students in these fields. It powerfully debunks mechanical thinking about living beings and shows the vast reservoir of insights into aliveness available in the arts and humanities.

Synopsis Schengen Investigated by : Chantal Joubert
Knjiga je plod petletnega raziskovanja prava, na podlagi katerega deluje policija petih držav (Belgije, Nizozemske, Luksemburga, Francije in Nemčije), ter možnega vpliva medsebojnih razlik na uporabo Schengenske konvencije. Primerjalna predstavitev schengenskih predpisov o mednarodnem policijskem sodelovanju glede na Evropsko konvencijo o človekovih pravicah namenja posebno pozornost policijskim pooblastilom, ki pomenijo eno od najbolj izpostavljenih in odmevnih področij policijskega čezmejnega sodelovanja (opazovanje, zasledovanje, uporaba sile, lisice, orožje, aretacija, telesna preiskava, policijsko zaslišanje, kontrola identitete, pravna pomoč itd.).
