Synopsis Aspects of Quality Management in Value Creating in the Industry 5.0 Way by : Mohamed Abouhawwash
Industry 5.0 suggests a new stage of industrial growth that expands upon earlier stages of industrialization, emphasizing human-centered approaches to technology and digital sustainability. With its innovative approach, Industry 5.0 will contribute to the resolution of the manufacturing–social need mismatch issue. In contrast to other industrial revolutions that placed more emphasis on the financial aspects of sustainability, the Industry 5.0 vision places more emphasis on social demands and human centricity. This book Aspects of Quality Management in Value Creating in the Industry 5.0 Way focuses on the challenges that companies in the field of quality management in Industry 5.0 face, particularly in relation to client value aspects. The book devotes a lot of space to the issues of client satisfaction, cybersecurity, e-commerce, TQM, and collaborative work between robots and humans in the company. Features: Characterizes the new role of value for customer 5.0 in the augmented era Analyzes the collaborative work between robots and humans in Industry 5.0 conditions Investigates the complex relationship between satisfaction, awareness, perception, attitude, and demographics, as well as examining how technological advances and market performance impact client satisfaction Includes: E-client in the cyber-security aspect Multi-Agent Technology (MAT) to maintain Total Quality Management (TQM) in manufacturing and MAT’s role in TQM A novel structure for innovation, "Innovation Control (IC)," to integrate creative thinking and business strategy Industry 5.0 inside the automotive sector Technetronic Education (TE) in Industry 5.0: advantages, challenges, and implications Ethical aspects and challenges associated with developing technologies This book Aspects of Quality Management in Value Creating in the Industry 5.0 Way serves as a future road map, guiding readers through the complexities of industrial progress. Synopsis Semantic Control for the Cybersecurity Domain by : Claudia Lanza
This book presents the creation of a bilingual thesaurus (Italian and English), and its conversion into an ontology system, oriented to the Cybersecurity field of knowledge term management and the identification of a replicable method over other specialized areas of study, through computational linguistics procedures, to a statistical and qualitative measurement of the terminological coverage threshold a controlled vocabulary is able to guarantee with respect to the semantic richness proper to the domain under investigation. The volume empowers readers to compile and study significant corpora documentations to support the text mining tasks and to establish a representativeness evaluation of the information retrieved. Through a description of several techniques belonging to the field of linguistics and knowledge engineering, this monograph provides a methodological account on how to enhance and update semantic monitoring tools reflecting a specialized lexicon as that of Cybersecurity to grant a reference semantic structure for domain-sector text classification tasks. This volume is a valuable reference to scholars of corpus-based studies, terminology, ICT, documentation and librarianship studies, text processing research, and distributional semantics area of interest as well as for professionals involved in Cybersecurity organizations.

Synopsis Human-Technology Interaction by : Carsten Röcker
Digitalization and automation are leading to fundamental changes in the industrial landscape. In the German-speaking countries, this development is often summarized under the term Industry 4.0. Simultaneously, interaction technologies have made huge developments in the last decades. The use of mobile devices and touch screens is ubiquitous, augmented and virtual reality technologies have made their way into the market and new interaction concepts have become established. While new interaction technologies offer new possibilities for organizing or executing work in the context of Industry 4.0, the transformation of industrial processes also creates a need for new work practices. This book sheds light on the interplay of Industry 4.0 and new interaction technologies. It presents selected research articles on the topic of Human-Technology Interaction in the context of Industry 4.0. Researchers from various disciplines present the current state of research with regard to future interactions with production environments to develop a common vision of how to design future interactions in the industrial domain. In this context, various topics are covered: a detailed overview on assistive systems for supporting manual work is given, including technological and design aspects as well as implementation strategies. Industrial use-cases for extended reality (XR) technologies such as augmented and virtual reality (AR and VR) are presented, also covering aspects of how to author content in XR environments. The role of new work practices is examined, for example, by presenting concepts of gamification and human-machine teamwork for supporting well-being. Finally, topics of trust and technology acceptance are discussed in the context of Industry 4.0. Given this broad perspective, a vision is sketched of how to design future human-technology interactions in a way that realizes their full technical and human potential.
