Synopsis Get Dealt A Bad Hand In Life, Just Live It To The Max! by : Jefferson Lee
Throughout my entire lifetime people have suggested to me that I need to write a book someday! Having grown up in a low income, disadvantaged, dysfunctional and abusive family structure, I truly was, "dealt a bad hand in life". However, I have always been able to overcome my various obstacles and challenges in my life by applying hard work, discipline and dedication principles. Therefore, my autobiography should be a real inspiration for those experiencing difficult times in their own lives as well. Everyone gets dealt bad hands, throughout their lifetimes, and people should not be going around feeling sorry for themselves and making excuses for their failures/setbacks. Instead, we all need to request God's assistance if you are a religious, analyze your situation, make the necessary adjustments and move on with your life. Besides my own personal experiences, all reports of abuse need to be taken seriously and investigated. Just because a person may appear like a reputable person in public should not automatically mean that the abuse allegations are false. Unless, you are around someone all day/ every day you have no idea what kind of person they may be behind the scenes! My book also illustrates how social politics influences our social system in all areas. (Education, sports, sports, law enforcement/ legal issues, media coverage, legislation...etc.) There are special travel bonus areas reviewing most of my domestic and international traveling experiences. I also have a passion for photography and will have many photos included to present a mindset to the reading content. To conclude, my book definitely has something for everyone. Unlike many, I live a very exciting and adventurous lifestyle with a very broad range of interest. Throughout my book, I will insert popular subtopics to discuss that everyone finds to be very intriguing and/or considered taboo topics. After my book publishing cost are met, I plan on donating some of the proceeds towards my churches' community service projects that help out disadvantaged children who live with homeless families or in orphanages. Having grown up being an independent person, without a family, it is a real honor to share my life with you all!

Synopsis Getting Wrecked by : Kimberly Sue
Getting Wrecked provides a rich ethnographic account of women battling addiction as they cycle through jail, prison, and community treatment programs in Massachusetts. As incarceration has become a predominant American social policy for managing the problem of drug use, including the opioid epidemic, this book examines how prisons and jails have attempted concurrent programs of punishment and treatment to deal with inmates struggling with a diagnosis of substance use disorder. An addiction physician and medical anthropologist, Kimberly Sue powerfully illustrates the impacts of incarceration on women’s lives as they seek well-being and better health while confronting lives marked by structural violence, gender inequity, and ongoing trauma.

Synopsis The Middle Finger Project by : Ash Ambirge
Fresh, funny, and fearless, The Middle Finger Project is a point-by-point primer on how to get unstuck, slay imposter syndrome, trust in your own worth and ability, and become a strong, capable, wonderful, weird, brilliant, ballsy, unfuckwithable YOU. "Don't worry, this isn't a book about God, nor is it a book about Ryan Gosling (second in command). But it is a book about authority and becoming your own." --Ash Ambirge After a string of dead-end jobs and a death in the family, Ash Ambirge was down to her last $26 and sleeping in a Kmart parking lot when she faced the truth: No one was coming to her rescue. It was up to her to appoint herself. That night led to what eventually became a six-figure freelance career as a sought-after marketing and copywriting consultant, all while sipping coffee from her front porch in Costa Rica. She then launched The Middle Finger Project, a blog and online course hub, which has provided tens of thousands of young "women who disobey" with the tools and mindset to give everyone else's expectations the finger and get on your own path to happiness, wealth, independence, and adventure. In her first book, Ash draws on her unconventional personal story to offer a fun, bracing, and occasionally potty-mouthed manifesto for the transformative power of radical self-reliance. Employing the signature wit and wordsmithing she's used to build an avid following, she offers paradigm-shifting advice along the lines of: • The best feeling in the world is knowing who you are and what you're capable of doing. • Life circumstances are not life sentences. If a Scranton girl who grew up in a trailer park can make it, so can you. • What you believe about yourself will either murder your chances or save your life. So why not believe something good? • You don't need a high-ranking job title to be authorized to contribute. You just need to contribute. • Be your own authority. Authority only works as long as you trust that someone smarter than you is making the rules. • The way you become a force is by being the most radically real version of yourself that you can be. • You only have 12 fucks a day to give, so use them wisely.
