Synopsis Triple Diamond by : Gemma Snow

FROM POPULAR ROMANCE AUTHOR GEMMA SNOW The writing is excellent! I absolutely adored the tone of this book and the way it was written. ~ RomanceNovelGiveaways Triple Diamond &– the complete box set 1 - The Lovin' is Easy At the Triple Diamond, good things come in threes... 2 - Wild Flowers When it comes to the two very tempting search-and-rescue survivalists, Lily Hollis is all about getting in touch with nature... 3 - Most Wanted They've always been a trio—why should love be any different? 4 - Heart of the Storm Cade and Sawyer might be Hollie's biggest risk yet... There must be something in the water, because Wolf Creek, Montana is full of love this year—and not the traditional kind, either. Meet the men of Montana, and the women who fall for them&– both of them. From cowboys to fire fighters, there's no denying that Wolf Creek men are full of trouble, the kind of trouble that might just made a city girl leave San Francisco to spend her days on the ranch. For those who work, live and visit the Triple Diamond Ranch, doing things a little differently is a way of life, even if that means sharing the woman they love with another man. But these heroes, cowboys, trackers, detectives, cops and fire fighters, won't stop at anything to prove just how much they care for the women they love. And those women are willing to fight hard for love too, after all—the Triple Diamond Ranch is proof enough that good things come in threes.

'The intention of this work is to show that European expansion not only transformed the historical trajectory of non-European societies but also reconstituted the historical accounts of these societies before European intervention. It asserts that anthropology must pay more attention to history.' (AMAZON)

Synopsis Research into Design for Communities, Volume 2 by : Amaresh Chakrabarti

This book showcases cutting-edge research papers from the 6th International Conference on Research into Design (ICoRD 2017) – the largest in India in this area – written by eminent researchers from across the world on design process, technologies, methods and tools, and their impact on innovation, for supporting design for communities. While design traditionally focused on the development of products for the individual, the emerging consensus on working towards a more sustainable world demands greater attention to designing for and with communities, so as to promote their sustenance and harmony - within each community and across communities. The special features of the book are the insights into the product and system innovation process, and the host of methods and tools from all major areas of design research for the enhancement of the innovation process. The main benefit of the book for researchers in various areas of design and innovation are access to the latest quality research in this area, with the largest collection of research from India. For practitioners and educators, it is exposure to an empirically validated suite of theories, models, methods and tools that can be taught and practiced for design-led innovation. The contents of this volume will be of use to researchers and professionals working in the areas on industrial design, manufacturing, consumer goods, and industrial management.

Synopsis The Lovin' is Easy by : Gemma Snow

At the Triple Diamond, good things come in threes... Madison Hollis never expected to find anything at the Triple Diamond Ranch in Montana, a surprise inheritance left to her by an uncle she'd never met. With her career as an event-planning manager for the Silicon Valley tech titans, a job that has pushed her straining engagement to the breaking point, she doesn't have time for soul-searching. But, out in the Montana summer sun before putting the ranch up for sale, Madison finds herself distracted by Triple Diamond's sexy and oh-so-tempting ranch managers. Christian Harlow and Ryder Dean are best friends and total opposites, rebel country boy and pretty boy cowboy, and both are hot as hell. Intent on loosening her reins, Madison gives herself permission to dive into an affair, surrendering to her desire for both of them. As she gets to know both Ryder and Christian and grows all too familiar with the feeling of them on her skin, Madison wonders if it will be as easy as she'd hoped to go home and leave them behind. But when an ugly secret comes to light, it might just send her running—if something, or someones, can't convince her to stay...

Synopsis Designing Complexity: The Methodology and Practice of Systems Oriented Design by : Birger Sevaldson

This book addresses one of the most pressing issues of our time: How can we design for, with, and in service of the complex world we live in? How can we be useful as designers in a rapidly changing world due to technological, political, and social processes, as well as climate change and nature destruction? Designers have some beneficial skills for planning with complex systems in mind, yet some old habits need to be overcome. Design's traditional purpose and role has been to solve problems, find order, organize, and simplify. Yet, the concept of designing complexity goes against these established beliefs because complexity cannot be designed away. So, instead, we present ways to live with, influence, and benefit from complex systems. There is no one "right" way presented in this book. Instead, many experiences, approaches, and perspectives are collected and presented. The process this book offers is a methodology called Systems Oriented Design (SOD). SOD is a design methodology and practice primarily geared toward understanding and working with complex systems. Several systems theories influence it, yet it remains true to its origin, the core of designing. SOD is a living and adaptable methodology. Though it is based on design thinking and design methodology, it is easily adapted and applied by anybody working with complex change processes.
