The Roundhouse Aquarium: The Early Years covers the development of this marine studies center from its early roots in the 1970s until the end of the 1980s. In addition, the first chapter gives brief background information regarding the opening of the Roundhouse in 1922 until its deteriorated condition in the 1970s.
