Synopsis Meant for This by : Erica Wernick
MEANT FOR THIS is for anyone with a dream inside their heart they can't ignore. The kind of dream that feels too big, or too impossible to ever become a reality. Whether you've put it on the back burner for years, or you've been working towards it your whole life, this book will breathe new life into it and create a whole new world of possibility. As artists and dreamers, we're flooded with discouraging rhetoric: "That dream is going to be really hard." "Good luck winning the lottery!" "Do you really want to be a starving artist?" Not only does this tempt people to pursue something more "realistic," but it also robs us of hope and sticks us with a dead end. Meant For This is just the opposite. Finally, a book that understands the artist's journey and guides you with a refreshingly motivating perspective. Through 20 chapters of personal stories, exercises, and actionable content, Hollywood's Success Coach Erica Wernick shows you the strategies and mindset that has helped countless artists turn their biggest dreams into reality. Erica has built a career providing support and strategy in a way that was desperately needed in the Hollywood industry. Between Erica and her clients, they've booked work on over 60 television shows and films on Netflix, Hulu, HBO and every other major network under the sun, working with A-listers, starting their own companies, and landing opportunities they never had before. This book will: Give you permission to dream as big as you possibly can Show you how to access your Star Power to unlock bigger opportunities Help you map out a brand new strategy for your biggest dream Make you feel seen and heard as an artist like you've never felt before Inspire you to stop settling and finally lead the extraordinary life you desire Erica first walks readers through the mindset of a High Achiever. It's about accessing your Star Power and taking on a set of beliefs that unleash your potential like never before. You want to achieve the exceptional? You want to achieve what most people never will? It starts within. You have to be exceptional to achieve the exceptional. Then Erica shows you how to tangibly make your dreams happen. Once you become the person you're meant to be, you can take the actions that will propel you forward. Erica digs in deep to practical strategies about making connections, asking for what you want, and creating the most effective plan for even the biggest dreams. The last section of the book covers the edge. It's the power behind the truly exceptional results. From breaking the rules, to expecting miracles from the Universe, this section is the cherry on top of the cake. It's what successful people do differently, beyond the principles we've heard before. People who succeed at high levels do things differently. Meant For This will show you exactly what they're doing and how you can achieve everything you feel meant for. This book gives stars permission to call themselves Stars. It gives dreamers the courage to do the big things in their heart. When you don't achieve something you feel you're meant for, the agony is one of the most excruciating experiences. This book ends that pain, replaces it with joy and epic fulfillment, and subsequently expands the light in a ripple effect of dreams realized. No dream is too big or too impossible. If it keeps whispering to you, it's time to answer the call and live the life you've always dreamed of.

Synopsis Bernard Bolzano by : Paul Rusnock
Bernard Bolzano (1781-1850) is increasingly recognized as one of the greatest nineteenth-century philosophers. A philosopher and mathematician of rare talent, he made ground-breaking contributions to logic, the foundations and philosophy of mathematics, metaphysics, and the philosophy of religion. Many of the larger features of later analytic philosophy (but also many of the details) first appear in his work: for example, the separation of logic from psychology, his sophisticated understanding of mathematical proof, his definition of logical consequence, his work on the semantics of natural kind terms, or his anticipations of Cantor's set theory, to name but a few. To his contemporaries, however, he was best known as an intelligent and determined advocate for reform of Church and State. Based in large part on a carefully argued utilitarian practical philosophy, he developed a program for the non-violent reform of the authoritarian institutions of the Hapsburg Empire, a program which he himself helped to set in motion through his teaching and other activities. Rarely has a philosopher had such a great impact on the political culture of his homeland. Persecuted in his lifetime by secular and ecclesiastical authorities, long ignored or misunderstood by philosophers, Bolzano's reputation has nevertheless steadily increased over the past century and a half. Much discussed and respected in Central Europe for over a century, he is finally beginning to receive the recognition he deserves in the English-speaking world. This book provides a comprehensive and detailed critical introduction to Bolzano, covering both his life and works.

Synopsis Howards End by : E.M. Forster
The Never-Ending Conflict Between the Old Ways and the New Ways “The tragedy of preparedness has scarcely been handled, save by the Greeks. Life is indeed dangerous, but not in the way morality would have us believe. It is indeed unmanageable, but the essence of it is not a battle. It is unmanageable because it is a romance, and its essence is romantic beauty.” - E.M. Forster, Howards End Howards End is an estate with a rich history and cultural heritage cherished by the Wilcoxes, a rich family with traditional ideas. However, the half-German Schlegeles – the new aristocracy – are not that impressed, yet Ruth Wilcox sees Margaret Schlegel as the ideal owner. That’s why on deathbed, Ruth leaves the house to Margaret in written note. The note is burnt by the husband Henry who grows fonder of Margaret with each passing day. Is Margaret bound to Howards End? And what does all of this have to do with the struggling Basts? Xist Publishing is a digital-first publisher. Synopsis The Collected Works of E. M. Forster. Illustrated by : E.M.Forster
Edward Morgan Forster was an English fiction writer, essayist. Many of his novels examine class difference and hypocrisy, including A Room with a View (1908), Howards End (1910), and A Passage to India (1924). The last brought him his greatest success. He was nominated for the Nobel Prize in Literature in 20 separate years. Forster had five novels published in his lifetime. Although Maurice was published shortly after his death. His views as a humanist are at the heart of his work, which often depicts the pursuit of personal connections despite the restrictions of contemporary society. Sexuality is another key theme in Forster's works. Some critics have argued that a general shift from heterosexual to homosexual love can be observed through the course of his writing career.
