1.1 INTRODUCTION: Hospitals render personalized care and treatment to individual patients as well as meet the health care needs of the patients and their relatives. The work of the hospital cannot be standardized or mechanized. The work schedule cannot be easily anticipated or planned. There can always be an emergency that cannot be deferred.
