As the world faces another water crisis, it is easy to understand why this precious and highly-disputed resource could determine the fate of entire nations. About the Author: Michael Rouse is a Distinguished Research Associate at the University of Oxford and manages the Institutional Governance and Regulation module of the University’s MSc Course on Water Science, Policy and Management.
