The present study employs the neutrosophic set for decision making and evaluation method (DEMATEL) to analyze and determine the factors influencing the selection of SCM suppliers. DEMATEL is considered a proactive approach to improve performance and achieve competitive advantages.

This collection of papers by an international group of authors honors Jonathan Kaye's contributions to phonology by expanding some of Kaye's ideas to a variety of theoretical topics and languages. The responses of governments and international institutions to terrorism raise some of the most controversial issues of the twenty-first century.
