Modul bahasa Inggris untuk mahasiswa program studi Matematika ini pada dasarnya membahas materi bahasa Inggris dasar. Buku ini juga terintegrasi dengan empat kemampuan bahasa Inggris (English Skills) yang mencakup reading, writing, speaking dan listening. Buku ini telah melalui berbagai proses yang mengacu pada teori Borg&Gall. Di dalam buku ini juga terdapat berbagai macam latihan untuk menstimulasi pengetahuan bahasa Inggris pembaca atau pengguna, latihan-latihan serta penjelasan yang ada di buku ini juga mengacu pada materi dasar TOEFL. Sehingga, melalui buku ini juga penulis berharap agar para pembaca bisa enjoy

Modul ini disusun berdasarkan atas kebutuhan akan materi ajar bahasa Inggris yang sesuai dengan jenjang dan karakteristik pembelajaran dan pengajaran bahasa Inggris untuk anak-anak. Oleh karena itu materi ajar yang disajikan dalam modul ini disusun sesuai kebutuhan pemelajar. Pada Level 1, materi ajar dibagi dalam 6 Unit, mencakup materi tentang: Number, Day and Night, Colour, My Family, My Body, and School Objects. Sedangkan untuk Level 2, materi ajar dibagi dalam 5 Unit, membahas tentang: To Be, The Use of Do and Does, The Use there, The Use of Have and Has, and The Use of By. Di setiap unit, terdapat tujuan pembelajaran yang ingin dicapai, aktivitas kelas/latihan, dan catatan untuk guru terkait strategi dan cara dalam menyampaikan materi terkait.

The 1st International Conference on Language and Language Teaching (ICLLT 2019) is a bi-annual international conference hosted by the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training Universitas Tidar. The 1st ICLLT 2019 brings a central issue on "New Directions of Language and Language Teaching in Facing Industrial Revolution Era 4.0". The conference serves researchers, academics, and practitioners to present the research findings, share thoughts, and experiences to improve the quality of language teaching in Indonesia. The conference invited four keynotes speakers: Hywel Coleman (University of Leeds, United Kingdom), Dr. Maizatulliza Muhammad (Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris, Malaysia), Dr. Robbie Lee Sabnani (National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University, Singapore), and Dr. Dwi Winarsih (Universitas Tidar, Indonesia). This year's conference invited presenters with 56 articles were selected to be published. It was also a great pleasure to work with the presenters for presenting excellent papers, the committee for the hard work in organizing the conference, and all parties who have been contributing to the conference and the publication of the proceedings. We also expect that the future ICLLT will be a successful event, as indicated by the increasing contributions presented in this volume.

The proceedings of the International Symposium on Open, Distance, and E-Learning (ISODEL 2021) share ideas, either research results or literature reviews, on distance education, media, and education in the digital era. Some recent issues consist of innovative education in the digital era, new media Industry 4.0, Digital Education Transformation, Character Building, Vocational Education 4.0, and Preserving Future Children Characters and Culture. It is expected that the proceedings will provide new insights to the knowledge and practice of education and education technology research. Therefore, such parties involved in education research such as academics, practitioners, business leaders, and others will benefit from the contents of the proceedings.

We are delighted to present the Proceedings of the 4th International Conference on Innovation in Education, Science and Culture (ICIESC) that organized by Research and Community Service Centre of Universitas Negeri Medan (LPPM UNIMED). Proceedings of the 4th ICIESC contains several papers that have presented at the seminar with theme Education and Science in time of uncertainty: Recovering for the Future. This conference was held on 11 October 2022 virtually and become a routine agenda annually. The 4th ICIESC was realized this year with various presenters, lecturers, researchers and students from universities both in and out of Indonesia. The 4th International Conference on Innovation in Education, Science and Culture (ICIESC) 2022 shows up as a Mathematics and Natural Science, Material Science, Physics Education, Biology Education, Chemistry Education, Vocational Education, Applied Sciences-Computers, Multimedia Technology, Applied Mathematics, E-learning system, Applied Sciences-Information Technology, Applied Sciences-Engineering, Social Science and Humanities, Management Innovation and Heritage Culture research platform to gather presentations and discussions of recent achievements by leading researchers in academic research. With the number participants 260 participants, who came from the various national and international universities member, research institute, and academician. There are 181 papers passed through rigorous reviews process and accepted by the committee. All of papers reflect the conference scopes and become the latest trend. It has been our privilege to convene this conference. Our sincere thanks, to the conference organizing committee; to the Program Chairs for their wise advice and brilliant suggestion on organizing the technical program and to the Program Committee for their through and timely reviewing of the papers. Recognition should go to the Local Organizing Committee members who have all worked extremely hard for the details of important aspects of the conference programs and social activities. The Covid-19 pandemic has changed our activities, like teaching, researching, and socializing. We are confused because we haven’t experienced before. However, as Earth's smartest inhabitants, we can adapt new ways to survive the pandemic without losing enthusiasm. Therefore, even in pandemic conditions, we can still have scientific discussions, even virtually. The main theme of this symposium is "Reinforcement of the Sustainable Development Goals Post Pandemic" as a part of the masterplan of United Nations for sustainable development goals in 2030. This symposium is attended by 348 presenters from Indonesia, Malaysia, UK, Scotland, Thailand, Taiwan, Tanzania and Timor Leste which published 202 papers. Furthermore, we are delighted to introduce the proceedings of the 2nd Borobudur Symposium Borobudur on Humanities and Social Sciences 2020 (2nd BIS-HSS 2020). We hope our later discussion may result transfer of experiences and research findings from participants to others and from keynote speakers to participants. Also, we hope this event can create further research network.
