Synopsis Always, Yes Always, Expect Miracles! by : Kassie Wright

Many of us simply don't have time in our busy lifestyles for anything spiritual. We don't set aside 'me' times. Often we skip reading 'Inspirational' stuff because we rationalize that we have more important things to do. I was one of those people. This was one of those things. Too busy to read any self-help or inspirational stuff, let alone 'Law of Attraction' books. I thought I was above that. I didn't need self-help. At least, not until Miracles started to happen. When things seem to be as bad as they can be, if we look within, we all can discover 'The Power'. Each one of us has it. It exists within us all. It's love. And when we become aware and conscious, we can feel the energy. We can use this energy to guide us through our life. To find happiness and peace. The Power doesn't exist outside. It lives within our hearts. Understand the Universal Laws and use them to design the life of your dreams. Set yourself up to receive everything you always wanted in life. Once you begin to see the light, you'll never go back to darkness. Surround yourself with positive people. And remember, you 'get what you give'. And always, yes always, EXPECT Miracles!

Synopsis The Miracle of Seed-Faith by : Oral Roberts

Oral Roberts was barely making ends meet when he discovered the three key principles of Seed-Faith in God’s Word. “They have never failed me,” he shares. “When I had no earthly source or person to turn to, when I was alone with nothing but big problems and challenges facing me, these principles showed me God is my Source. They showed me how to use my giving as a seed I was planting, and to expect God to multiply it even if it took a miracle.” The Miracle of Seed-Faith has revolutionized the lives of millions of people. As you read it, let God show you how you can get your needs met through His eternal plan of seedtime and harvest, sowing and reaping, giving and receiving. Man’s economic systems may fail, but God’s plan never does. By getting into the rhythm of Seed-Faith living, you’ll learn that His more-than-enough resources are always available to you.

Synopsis Bella's Miracle by : Grant Christensen

Born out of wedlock to a rebellious teenaged mother, Bella Rose became known as he homeliest child the people of Homewood, Montana, had ever seen. Born with odd facial features and a club foot, she would later be stricken with poliomyelitis, resulting in further disability. Unsuccessful attempts to correct her severe spinal curvature defect resulted in even more damage to her face. A lonely and despondent teenager who had to endure the bullying of children and cruel stares of the adults in her community, Bella Rose prayed for a miracle. She would have been happy to walk normally. To be rid of her "hunchback" would have been a bonus. To wish for even a common face that didn't draw stares from strangers would have been asking too much. With no prospects for any semblance of a normal life and condemned to a life of poverty in Homewood, Bella found her miracle. Heeding "a still, small, voice," Travis Hartley, a local hometown hero, befriended Bella and showed her a simple kind of love that she had never known. His singular act of kindness started her on an amazing journey from hopelessness and despair to a life of happiness and accomplishment.

Synopsis Miracle seeds: Biased expectations, complementary input use, and the dynamics of smallholder technology adoption by : Miehe, Caroline

To fully benefit from new agricultural technologies like improved seed varieties, significant investment in complementary inputs such as fertilizers and pesticides, and practices such as systematic planting, irrigation, and weeding are also required. Farmers may fail to recognize the importance of these complements, leading to unsatisfactory crop yields and outputs and, eventually, dis-adoption of the variety. We provide a simple model of biased expectations, complementary input use and technology adoption and test its predictions using a field experiment among smallholder maize farmers in eastern Uganda. We find that pointing out the importance of complementary investments using a short, engaging video effectively deters some farmers from using commercial improved varieties. Consistent with the theoretical model, we find some evidence that this behavior change emanates from increased knowledge and expectations that are more in line with realized outcomes.

Synopsis Miracles by : Jeff Little

The Bible is filled with miracles... but what is God trying to show us? A miracle is an extraordinary event manifesting divine intervention in human affairs. In other words, God shows up in the lives of real people. He meets us in our moment of need. He comes close. Most of us have wrestled with these questions: Is God close to me? Does He see what I'm going through? Will He show up with His miracle power when I need Him most? No one performed miracles like Jesus. He restored sight to the blind, helped the lame walk, calmed the seas, and multiplied one boy's lunch to feed thousands. And every time He performed one of these miracles, He didn't just meet the person's needs, He helped them get closer to God. I spent a couple weeks visiting the places where many of these things happened to get a better understanding of how these miracles help us clearly see the nature and character of God. I want to invite you to go on a journey with Jesus-from His life to yours. I believe the Bible will come alive to you like never before and you will truly be closer to Jesus. And the closer we get, the more we realize He is better than we imagined.
