Proceedings of two identical sessions to provide an opportunity for public comment on environmental impacts that could arise from the plan for the sixteen-acre World Trade Center site including the construction of the World Trade Center Memorial, the placement of retail, commercial and facility spaces, the changing grid and other components of the World Trade Center Master Plan.

The first public comment meeting on the document "Draft scope, World Trade Center memorial and redevelopment plan, generic environmental impact statement" which was created to serve as a guide for the environmental review of potential environmental impacts that could arise from the plan for the 16-acre World Trade Center site including the construction of a World Trade Center Memorial, placement of retail, commercial and facility spaces, the changing street grid, and other components of the plan.
