Synopsis Summary of Alexandra Billings's This Time for Me by : Everest Media,
Please note: This is a companion version & not the original book. Sample Book Insights: #1 I am not a liar, but I have a hard time admitting and living in the truth. I prefer the world I create to the world I inhabit. If I don’t like the way the story’s going, I simply change it. #2 I knew my life was half planned and mostly dreamed, because my mother spent an extraordinary amount of time making things pretty. I was always aware of how I differed from my mother and grandmother, who were both perfectionists. #3 I learned to do whatever I had to do to remain afloat as the family outcast. I was ten years old when I was told directly by the person I loved the most that what I was doing was not to be seen. #4 I had to make a choice: I could either keep going or stop. I decided to keep going, and I began to lie.

Synopsis Time for Me by : Ruth Fishel
How often have you read a book that was life changing? You know that if you practice what it suggests your life will be better, yet somehow you forget. You forget to meditate in the morning. You forget that three breaths calm you down. You forget all the lessons you learned. Time for Me is different because it contains wisdom that really works. We have the ability to rewire and create new neural circuits in our brains, and the more we practice something new, the more we can form new neural pathways with each repetition. In time, these new pathways become deeper than the ones made by our old habits and they become automatic. That means, if we were to practice all this week thoughts such as 'I am happy' or 'I am calm', we would be more apt to return to them when we feel otherwise. The seeds of all human characteristics are within us—good and bad—the ones that grow are the ones we nurture, and that is why the wisdom in Time for Me is designed to be practiced every day.

Synopsis God Had Me in His Hands All the Time by : Willie M. Graham’Hoefer
GOD HAD ME In His Hands All The Time is a true story of mental, verbal and physical abuse of a child from memory. Some of the names have been changed. Even though I am an adult, I can remember most of it like it was yesterday, while part of my mind seem to put up a shield to block out the abuse. I can feel the pressure on my brain, but it wont release it. Childens minds are very fragile thats why a good and well nurtured environment is so important during their growth. I knew God had to be carrying me like the poem Foot Prints in the Sand, because otherwise I would not have survived. I couldnt see it or understand why it was happening to me. All I ever knew was hurt and pain. The abuse scared me. Through the years I looked for love in the wrong places and in the wrong people. Growing up unloved and unwanted makes you yearn just that much harder, because you never stop looking and taking chances without thinking. Wanting to belong and loved is what food is to the body in order to survive. You always tell yourself this person will love me. Every time I put my heart out on the line it get crushed. I always found myself struggling to survive, even as an adult. I felt beat down with no self esteem. I found TRUE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE for the first time when I accepted JESUS the CHRIST in my life. I was so shocked because I was on the receiving end of love this time. Something I never had before.

Synopsis Time for Me by : Helene Lerner
In TIME FOR ME, author Helene Lerner offers women trying to do it all, four Power Keys so that they can enjoy a more joyful and balanced life. For women who are out in the trenches every day trying to do too much, this book offers simple pleasures to nourish your spirit and simple solutions to find time for yourself. Summon the courage to do things differently. It's your life and it only happens once, why not make it a great one? Women are notorious for taking care of everyone else first, exhausting themselves and losing their spark in the process. Time for Me is for any woman who feels stretched too thin, burnt out, or ready to find a better work-life balance. Helene helps women figure out if they're doing too much, asking readers to reflect and journal on different scenarios in their life, such as: You get up in the morning and no matter how much sleep you've had, you're still tired. You look in the mirror and your eyes seem dull and without sparkle. You get ready to go to work and your routine seems mechanical. You feel as if you could do your tasks blindfolded. Although you like your job and consider yourself powerful, you lack the enthusiasm you once had. Then she provides four power keys for what she calls the Time for Me Program, an easy plan to help women nourish their spirit and find contentment in their lives.

Synopsis Time For Me to Come Home by : Dorothy Shackleford
NOW THE HALLMARK MOVIES & MYSTERIES ORIGINAL TIME FOR ME TO COME HOME FOR CHRISTMAS! The fireplace is lit, the snow is falling, and sleigh bells echo in the distance—it’s Christmas, and it’s time to come home in this charming holiday novel based on Dorothy Shackleford and Blake Shelton’s hit song. Thirty-five-year-old Heath Sawyer has finally made it to the big-time as a country music star. After a year full of the kind of success he could only dream of, it’s December 23, and he’s headlining a sold-out show at Madison Square Garden. It’s only as the lights on the stage go down and the Christmas lights outside come on that Heath realizes there’s just one place he wants to be for the holidays: back home in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. But journeying anywhere on Christmas Eve is never easy, and with flight delays, inclement weather, and the unexpected company of a feisty young woman who’s about to become his traveling companion, Heath will need a Christmas miracle to make his way home in time to open presents. Filled with touching anecdotes inspired by the real holiday memories of Blake Shelton and Dorothy Shackelford, Time for Me to Come Home is a sweet and funny story that celebrates the spirit of Christmas and the true meaning of finding your way back home. “It’s funny how going back can get you back to where you belong. It’s the difference between just a melody and my favorite Christmas song.”

In this poignant coming-of-age novel, a gay teen struggles to find his identity in the contrasting worlds of rural Mississippi and the big city of New Orleans. Growing up in a small Mississippi town in the early 1990s, shy and inexperienced Mason spends much of his time with his best friend and secret childhood crush, the charming and daring Billy. When a six-pack of beer leads to a passionate encounter between the two teenagers, Mason believes his dreams may have finally come true. Billy's apparent disregard for the incident, however, leaves Mason feeling confused and betrayed. When Billy slips off to glamorous New York City immediately after high school graduation, Mason fears he's doomed to spend another humid Mississippi summer scooping ice cream. But Mason's life changes dramatically when vivacious Aunt Savannah invites him to live with her in New Orleans and work in the box office of her drag queen cabaret. It's there-in the decadent and liberating French Quarter-that Mason begins to fall for Joey, a strikingly handsome and sweet nineteen-year-old, who may just be ready to open his heart to someone new. A surprise visit from Billy hints that he may be ready to return Mason's feelings, and Mason faces a difficult choice. With the help of his spirited aunt and a sassy drag queen, Miss Althea, Mason learns that sometimes it's best to roll life's dice and take a chance.
